What is Telemedicine Concierge Care for Women?
My goal is to provide personalized care using up to date research focused on women, nutrition & lifestyle. All of this without the rush of traditional medicine, meeting you in your space and in your time. We will use a video-based platform during your visit for a more personalized approach. Based on your needs, I can order and interpret labs and prescribe medications as indicated.
Menopause Consultation
With a goal of regaining strength, energy, and vitality, the initial consultation involves gathering the health data needed to support your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep habits, stress management and supplements. I can order labs and prescribe medications based on identified needs, and establish a treatment plan during your first session.
Menopause Follow Up
On the follow-up visits, we review your symptoms and adjust the plan developed during the initial consultation. Women often require three to five follow-up visits to optimize their menopause care plan. Once your treatment plan is dialed in, we meet intermittently and adjust your plan as needed.
GYN Care
During a visit for GYN care we can review any recurrent symptoms such as irregular menses, chronic vaginitis, chronic UTIs, libido and sexual health issues. We can review your PAP smear history and discuss the current guidelines as they pertain to you as an individual.
Once established as a patient within our clinic, you are able to schedule problem visits for quicker access for evaluation and treatment of some of your chronic issues such as UTI, yeast infection, Bacterial vaginosis, STI testing.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
PCOS is often a confusing and difficult diagnosis. We will review diagnosis, lifestyle adjustment, supplements, medication management, and prevention of long-term effects.
